The total investment capital of HQC An Phu Tay social housing project is nearly 200 billion VND with an area of 7,722 m2 in front of An Phu Tay - Hung Long road and border to the existing residential area. HQC An Phu Tay consists of 08 townhouses with a total area of 457.9m2 and 02 blocks of 8 floors consist 247 apartments with a total area of 5,435.1 m2. The project will be started in the first quarter of 2017 and completed from the second quarter of 2018 as scheduled.
