Earlier, on 12/03/2016, the delegation of the U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR) have met and worked with Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam - Chairman of Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) - Former Deputy Minister of Construction at VNREA headquarters (Hanoi).

The working visit in Vietnam of the delegation of the U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR) took place from 12/03/2016 with the aim of strengthening the cooperation in the field of real estate between the two parties; discussing issues related to real estate business in the two countries. At the same time, through VNREA, NAR wanted to learn about the Vietnamese real estate market, look for opportunities and possibilities for business cooperation between the members of VNREA and NAR.

During the visit and work in Vietnam, NAR delegation visited some investment units and real estate projects in Hanoi and HCMC. In particular, in HCMC, the delegation visited HQC Plaza - Model social housing project in the South invested by Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) and Golden King Building - Commercial and office building mutually invested by Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation and Indochina Real Estate Corporation, expected to go into operation from QII/2016.

Subsequently, during a working session at the headquarters of Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation, Dr. Truong Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA), Mr. Tran Ngoc Quang - General Secretary of the Association and representatives of the Member Associations introduced the U.S. National Association of Realtors United (NAR) the overview of the Vietnamese real estate market, investment, business opportunities at the threshold of international integration. At the same time, the company expressed the wish to cooperate more extensively in training knowledge, expertise and skills in real estate sector.

Mr. Nguyen Vinh - Representative of the Delegation of the U.S. National Association of Realtors (NAR) also shared effective management, operation experience and how to bring many benefits to the members. He said it was the advance trip to open up opportunities to introduce the US investors to the Vietnamese real estate market, promote trading exchange and cooperation in the future.
