HOANG QUAN CORPORATION OFFICIALLY COMMENCES HQC TAN HUONG GROUND-BREAKING CEREMONY (TIEN GIANG PROVINCE)

HQC - On the morning of April 22th, 2016, in the celebratory atmosphere celebrate 41 years of Liberation of the South reuinification (30/4/1975 – 30/4/2016), 130 years of International Labour Day (01/05/1886 – 01/05/2016), Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) has officially commenced construction of the HQC Tan Huong Social Housing Project in Tan Huong, Chau Thanh, Tien Giang Province.

Attending the ceremony, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation was pleased to welcome central leaders: Mr. Tran The Ngoc – Former Member of the Party Central Committee – Former Secretary of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee, Mr. Phung Van Yen – Deputy Head of Steering Committee on Housing Policy and Real Estate Market, Mr. Ha Quang Hung – Deputy Director of Management House and Property Market – Ministry of Construction, Mr. Le Tuyen Cu – Former Deputy Director of Department for Economic Zones Management - Ministry of Planning & Investment and the leaders, representatives from the Government Office, Ministries and Departments.

HQC Tan Huong Social Housing project is complied by Decision No. 07/QĐ-SXD dated 21/01/2016 of Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee, on approving the detailed plan 1/500 of HQC Tan Huong Social Housing Project in Tan Huong, Chau Thanh, Tien Giang and Decision No 3788/QĐ-UBND dated31/12/2015 on the approval for Hoang Quan Consulting – Trading – Service Real Estate Corporation as the investor of the project.

At the ground-breaking ceremony, Mr. Phung Van Yen - Deputy Head of the Central Steering Committee on Housing Policy and Real Estate Market – Ministry of Construction emphasizes that "The evolution Industrial Zones leads to the increase in the needs for housing for workers in the area. However, the current number of houses for workers have not met this huge demand. Therefore, solving housing needs of workers in the industrial zones is essential issues for the workers.
