The signing ceremony was attended by leaders of the two sides. At the signing ceremony, the two sides exchanged frankly the professional issues to be improved and enhanced by the staff and employees of Hoang Quan Corporation. Accordingly, the Academy of Managers for Construction and Cities will develop advanced training program for 4 classes, including: Training Work construction investment project managers, Training Director of Work Construction project management Consulting, Training work superintendent and Training Basic Bidding operations.

Advanced Training Program is open to all staffs of Hoang Quan Corporation who are working in the positions related to the content of the training course and staffs who are in training needs to improve knowledge. This is one of activities to improve the quality of staffs, strengthen the apparatus, support business activities to be more effective, aiming to achieve after-tax profit in 2017 of VND 200 billion as set out at the last general meeting of shareholders 2017.

In the past year, the Corporation also collaborated with the Institute for Development of Talents and Human Resources (ITH), a member of Hoang Quan Corporation to regularly open training courses for staff of Hoang Quan Corporation. This is a regular and meaningful work of the Board of General Directors in order to help staff improve their knowledge, professional qualification and actively contribute to the Corporation's more effective business activities.
