HQC – on December 29th 2016, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Services Real Estate Corporation (HoSE: HQC) received the Official Letter No. 4525/UBND-CNXD dated 22nd December 2016 by the People's Committee of Tra Vinh Province on the approval of Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Services Real Estate Corporation as investor of the HQC Tra Vinh Social Housing Project at the resettlement area, residential and commercial services, Ward 4, Tra Vinh City.

The total investment capital of HQC Tra Vinh Social Housing Project is nearly 655 billion VND with the scale of 18ha, including 1,123 townhouses from 2-to-5 floors with the total floor area of 102,965m2. Of which there are 808 townhouses with 1 ground floor and 1 floor, 195 townhouses with 1 ground floor and 2 floors, and 120 villas with 1 ground floor and 1 floor. It is expected that HQC Tra Vinh Social Housing Project will be started construction in Quarter 1/2017 and completed, handover from Quarter IV/2017 to Quarter IV/2018. 

It is located right at the administrative center of Tra Vinh province; HQC Tra Vinh is adjacent to Tiem Tuong canal-Long Binh 3 Bridge, Ward 4, Tra Vinh City, Tra Vinh Province. In addition to the available infrastructure in the area, this project will also be developed in-house facilities such as supermarkets, kindergartens, clinics, community living areas, parks, etc. for the best living needs of residents.

Thuong Thanh residential area which is invested and constructed by Hoang Quan Group in Cai Rang District, Can Tho City, has been inhabited since 2015.

On the 5th day of February 2016, Tra Vinh City has been recognized as a grade II city in Tra Vinh province by the Prime Minister. The investment of HQC Tra Vinh construction will contribute to meet the demand for accommodation for local people and play an important role in the process of promoting urbanization, the development of economic and social systems of Tra Vinh city.

HQC Tra Vinh Social Housing Project is the next project which is developed and invested by Hoang Quan Group in the Southwest of Vietnam with the type of townhouses for the needs of local people. On 17/12/2016, to continue the previous success projects of Hoang Quan Group in the Southwest of Vietnam such as Thuong Thanh Residential Area (Can Tho), Binh Minh HQC and Mekong City Urban Area (Vinh Long), Hoang Quan Group was also approved by the People's Committee of Vinh Long Province to invest in the HQC Hoa Phu social housing project in Vinh Long province.
