HQC - On 26/3/2015, following the success of the annual general meeting of shareholders 2016, Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Construction and the Chairman of Vietnam National Real Estate Association (VNREA) at VNREA Membership Conference 2016 of Vietnam National Real Estate Association in Da Lat City.

The Conference are an occasion for the Members of Vietnam National Real Estate Association to update the information about orientation, legal policies in the field of real estate, exchange business opportunities and discuss issues relating to the development of the Association as well as the general development trend of the Vietnamese real estate market 2016.

The Conference was honored to welcome Mr. Pham Hong Ha - Deputy Minister of Construction, Mr. Nguyen Tran Nam - Chairman of Vietnam National Real Estate Association, Mr. Tran Ngoc Quang - General Secretary of Vietnam Real Estate Association, and the leaders of Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Administration, Lam Dong Province leaders, representatives of domestic and international specialized associations.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Minister of Construction Mr. Pham Hong Ha said the real estate market has an important role in socio-economic development and construction of infrastructure systems of the country. Through many stages of development, from the end of 2014, the real estate market began to rebound positively in all segments and is currently developing stably, contributing positively to the objective of macroeconomic stabilization, preventing inflation, strengthening socio-economic development, ensuring social security and taking an important step in improving the housing quality for people.

Regarding the activities of VNREA, Deputy Minister Pham Hong Ha desire to the Association to improve the member linking quality, raise the overall strength among members, create an environment of healthy competition between enterprises, improve the capacity of international cooperation and promote the country's image through international cooperation.

At the meeting, Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Minister of Construction for having outstanding business achievements in production and business activities in 2015, contributing to the development of Vietnamese construction industry. Next the company received the Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of Vietnam National Real Estate Association complimenting Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation for having made significant contribution to the activities and contributing actively to the development of Vietnam National Real Estate Association in 2015.

This is a recognition and motivation for Hoang Quan Real Estate Corporation to continue implementing its business plan 2016. Striving to gain great achievements in the field of real estate, taking social housing as key products, approaching 2016 with the plan to increase sales up to 7,000 billion VND and profit after tax of 500 billion VND.
