HQC – On January 07th, 2016, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) got Document No. 144/BXD-QLN promulgated on December 31st, 2015 of Ministry of Construction instructing as to the employer does not require transaction guarantee registration when selling, leasing, buying social housing established in the future.

The content of the Document is based on Article 1, Clause 3 – Article 3, Clause 2 – Article 26, Clause 2 – Article 63 of Housing Law No. 65/2014/QH13 (hereinafter referred to as Housing Law 2014) and Clause 1 – Article 56 of Real Estate Business Law No. 66/2014/QH13 (hereinafter referred to as Real Estate Business Law 2014).

Accordingly, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation doeas not require housing transaction guarantee registration established in the future to social housing projects, enabling customers easy to approach the loan from 30,000 billion dong package. Loan procedure is easier that helps customers own a separate apartment for their family. 

The national housing strategy, the Government’s social housing development guideline were set up from the 2012 – 2013 stage for the purpose of resolving housing demand to the people who were facing difficulties in their residence, simultaneously, became “an ice breaking key”to the real estate market in 2014 – 2015.  Despite a lot of difficulties, challenges in the initial stage of deployment, but up to now, social housing development guideline has the itinitial achievements that are very important.
