HQC – On December 31st, 2015, Tien Giang Province People’s Committee promulgated Decision No. 3788/QĐ-UBND regarding the recognition of Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) as the employer of HQC Tan Huong Social Housing project in tan Huong, Chau Thanh, Tien Giang for the demand of social housing purchase, lease to workers, employees in Tan Huong Industrial Park and surrounding Industrial Parks.
With total investment of 980 billion dong, HQC Tan Huong is built on the area of approximately 6.05 ha including 18 blocks with 10 floors divided into 3 areas CC1, CC2, CC3 with total numbers of 2,764 apartments. The project is designed full utilities for residents’ modern life such as park, public area, trade centre, food and entertainment area…It is expected that HQC Tan Huong will be commenced in Quarter 1, 2016 and compelted in Quarter IV, 2017.

HQC Tan Huong is a project that is exempted from land fee in the preference for social housing employers as defined at Article 55 of Land Law 2013; Article 58 of Housing Law 2014 and Clause 1, Article 11 of Decree No. 45/2014/NĐ-CP dated May 15th, 2014 of the Government.
