HQC – On February 15th, 2015, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation (HOSE: HQC) officially received Decision No. 861/QĐ-CT dated February 04th, 2016 of General Director of HCMC Tax Offcie regarding land fee exemption at HQC Hoc Mon Social Housing as defined at Article 9 of Decree No. 100/2015/NĐ-CP dated October 20th, 2015 of the Government regarding social housing development.
In details, Hoang Quan Consulting - Trading - Service Real Estate Corporation is exempted from land fee of approximately 52 billion dong at HQC Hoc Mon Social Housing (Hoc Mon, HCMC), thereby facilitating a decrease of apartment price, helping people easy to approach and own convenient, modern apartments with reasonable price.

HQC Hoc Mon Social Housing is located at the HCMC Westnorthern gatway and the fiest bulding in the district area, opposite to Hoc Mon produce head market so it enjoys all existing utilities of stable socio-economic infrastructure system in the area. The project is far 200 km from Highway 22, 3km to Hoc Mon District administrative centre and only 5 minutes waking distant from An Suong intersection.
